Amendments to Develop the Administrative Structures of the Food and Drug Administration and the Accreditation Commission

Al-Taj News – The Cabinet decided in its session held today, Sunday, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, to approve the validating reasons for the draft administrative organization bylaw of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for the year 2026, and the validating reasons for the draft administrative organization bylaw of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration for the year 2026; in preparation for referring them to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau to proceed with the procedures for their approval according to due process.

The amendments to the two bylaws aim to develop administrative and institutional structures in a manner commensurate with the tasks and requirements necessary to develop work, by modifying the organizational structure in a way that reflects positively on performance and the completion of tasks to the fullest extent.
